No, the Tapas Bar doesn't = Cybill, just lack of a full-stop/period after Tapas Bar. I don't know the name of the Tapas Bar
i saw a pic of the King with Nixon in a docu called America's Drug War: America's Last White Hope or some such title. Pretty well made and worth a watch.
